How we make it

Every issue is built from primary sources, checked before it ships, signed by a named editor, and corrected in place when we get something wrong.

Primary sources

Every story starts at the original source — the lab post, the paper, the documentation, the filing, or the outlet that broke it — not a headline or a summary of a summary.

Checked before it ships

Every issue is checked against its sources before it goes out. If something cannot be backed by what the sources actually say, it is rewritten or cut. Issues that do not pass are not sent and not published here.

Signed by a named editor

Harnoor Minhas sets the standards, reviews every issue before it publishes, and is accountable for it. Every newsletter carries his byline.

Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, the archived page is corrected in place and the fix is noted at the bottom with the date. Reply to any email to report one.

What we do not do

• No invented reader counts, reviews or testimonials anywhere on this site.
• No content taken from Reddit or scraped from search-engine result pages.
• No vendor logos or names used to imply endorsement; vendor names appear only to say what a lane covers.
• No third-party scripts or trackers on these pages.
